Brentwood Home Health Care Service is an ideal option for those patients who prefer the familiar surroundings and comforts of home.

We offer a full range of rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as teaching and training. A personalized rehabilitation program is developed for each patient based on his or her specific needs.

Each client receives an intensive initial assessment by a dedicated case manager, who will consult with their family physician to determine the level of care that is required.

Care plans are designed to meet a client's physical and mental rehabiliation needs.
